Tax Benefits to Be Granted to Businesses Affected by Attacks on Wildberries and Ozon
The Russian Ministry of Finance has developed supportive measures for companies and individual entrepreneurs affected by attacks from Ukrainian drones on Wildberries and Ozon facilities.
It is planned to provide affected businesses with deferrals for paying taxes and insurance premiums, as well as temporarily halt inspections. Support measures are also aimed at maintaining the operations of Wildberries.
Affected entrepreneurs will be able to postpone the deadlines for a number of payments for 12 months. This includes VAT—excluding the tax paid on imports to Russia—profit tax, and taxes under simplified and automated simplified tax systems, insurance premiums, and corresponding advances.
The benefits apply to amounts payable from August 2026 to July 2027. After the 12-month deferral, the accumulated obligations can be settled over the following year in equal installments.
