Samvel Adibekyan Becomes European Weightlifting M15 Vice Champion

Member of the Armenian youth national team, Samvel Adibekyan, has clinched the silver medal at the European Championship for athletes under 15, held in the capital of Kosovo, Pristina.

In the 60 kg weight category, Adibekyan succeeded in the snatch event by lifting 93 kg, 97 kg, and 100 kg, which made him the top performer in this discipline.

In the clean and jerk event, Adibekyan lifted 114 kg and 118 kg overhead, securing him the silver medal in this category as well.

With a total score of 218 kg in the combined event, he emerged as the vice champion of the European Championship for athletes under 15.
