Local Elections to be Held in Four Communities on September 27

The Central Electoral Commission informs that local elections will be held on September 27 of this year in the communities of Tumanyan and Lermontovo in the Lori region, as well as in the communities of Ferik in the Armavir region and Arzni in the Kotayk region.

For the local elections in the Tumanyan community of the Lori region, held through a proportional electoral system, political parties and party alliances can submit the required documents for the registration of electoral lists to the District Electoral Commission No. 24 until August 23 at 18:00.

During the same period, political parties and party alliances wishing to participate in the elections can submit the relevant applications electronically to the Central Electoral Commission for the purpose of obtaining a user account.

In the case of elections conducted through a majoritarian electoral system, candidates can submit the necessary documents for registration to the relevant district electoral commission from August 23 until August 28, inclusive, by 18:00.
