On the night and evening of August 14, as well as on the evenings of August 17-18, brief rain and thunderstorms are forecasted in certain areas of Yerevan, along with wind gusts of 18-23 m/s.

In the capital, weather without precipitation is expected on August 15-16. At the same time, between August 14-18, wind intensification with speeds of 15-18 m/s is anticipated during the evening hours in Yerevan.

Across the republic, from August 14-18, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions during the night and after noon, with heavy downpours possible in certain places, including hail. Winds will be northeast and southeast at 4-7 m/s, while during thunderstorms, wind gusts may reach 20-25 m/s.

On the evenings of August 13-18, in Armavir, the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, as well as in certain areas of Shirak, wind speeds are expected to strengthen to 17-20 m/s. There will be no significant change in air temperature.

According to the long-term climate data for Yerevan on August 14, the highest recorded air temperature was 39.5°C in 2015, the lowest was 7.9°C in 1980, and the average daily temperature is 26.4°C.
