Ukraine Maintains Daily Contact with Trump's Representatives, Zelensky Says

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Kyiv maintains daily communication with representatives of U.S. President Donald Trump.

In an evening address, Zelensky revealed that he has heard reports from the Ukrainian negotiation team regarding the peace process and sentiments in Russia. According to him, Ukraine is ready to participate in meetings in any format and expects that in August, Trump’s representatives Steve Bannon and Jared Kushner will be actively involved in the process.

Zelensky also noted that Kyiv continues to work with other partners, including Gulf countries, which could support Ukraine's diplomatic efforts and security needs. “This work is still not public, and we cannot share all the details,” said the Ukrainian president.
