VIDEO: Fly to Moscow, Convince to Stop the War: A Regular Liar - Torosyan to Kocharyan

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, published a video on his Facebook page addressing one of Robert Kocharyan's recent statements. Torosyan shared Kocharyan's claim that during the war, he decided to 'fly to Moscow to convince to stop the war.' According to Kocharyan, he was prohibited from leaving the country but received permission to be absent from the country due to a court decision. However, he later tested positive for COVID, and according to him, the Armenian authorities impeded his departure and thus the opportunity to stop the war.

Torosyan stated that Kocharyan is a regular liar, clarifying that COVID restrictions could not have prevented him from leaving the country, and he could not have stopped the war.
