Trump Renounces Attack on Iran Scheduled for Tomorrow
US President Donald Trump has announced that an attack on Iran will not take place tomorrow. He mentioned that he was asked by Qatar's emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, and the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to postpone the planned military strike against the Islamic Republic of Iran due to ongoing serious negotiations. According to them, a deal could be reached that would be acceptable to both the US and the countries in the region.
According to Trump, one of the key conditions for such an agreement should be "the absence of nuclear weapons in Iran." He also stated that, respecting the aforementioned leaders, he has instructed the US Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the US military to refrain from carrying out the planned strike, while remaining prepared for large-scale operations at any moment, should the need arise.
