Kocharian Outlines Consequences of Pashinyan's Re-election
Robert Kocharian, the Prime Minister candidate of the 'Armenia' alliance, stated during a meeting with citizens in Artik that if Nikol Pashinyan is re-elected in 2026, our future will be Western Azerbaijan, raising serious questions about the fate of Syunik.
He reminded attendees that in 2021, when Pashinyan declared that the bar must be lowered regarding the Artsakh issue, they warned that this would lead to the loss of Artsakh. However, the 'Resistance' movement did not receive sufficient support. By 2022, in Prague, Pashinyan recognized Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.
