The Prosecutor General Issues Strict Instructions

Under the leadership of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, an operational consultation took place on May 12, 2026.

The meeting included the Deputy Prosecutors General Aram Aramyan, Lilith Grigoryan, Edgar Arsenyan, Yegiazaryan Avagyan, the Deputy Prosecutor General and Military Prosecutor of Armenia Grigor Elizbaryan, the prosecutor of Yerevan Rafael Manukyan, heads of subdivisions of the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as prosecutors of administrative districts, regions, and military units.

Several issues were discussed related to the oversight and control of criminal proceedings initiated on sensitive cases, as well as organizational work and discipline.

In response to the raised issues, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia issued strict instructions and set deadlines for their implementation.
