Gagik Tsarukyan Acquitted
The Anti-Corruption Court has announced that the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, is innocent of the charges against him and has acquitted him. Reports 'Aravot'.
The court also decided to return the 100 million dram bail that was used as a measure of restraint. At the same time, the director of 'Multi Group Concern', Sedrak Arustamyan, has been found guilty, but no penalty has been imposed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
