Fico Reveals What Zelensky Told Him During His Visit to Yerevan

The Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, has stated that if Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is interested in negotiations, he should call Vladimir Putin.

During his visit to Moscow, Fico conveyed a message from the Ukrainian president to the Russian leader. According to Fico, during their private conversation in Armenia, Zelensky expressed his willingness to meet with Putin in any format.

“Zelensky told me during our personal meeting in Armenia that he is ready to meet with Vladimir Putin in any format,” said Fico.

At the same time, the Prime Minister disclosed the response from the Russian president to that message. Fico quoted, “If the Ukrainian president is interested in a meeting, he should get in touch with his Russian counterpart by phone.”
