Arsen Torosyan Responds to Water-Throwing Incident
"You have only cut off certain areas when some uncivilized citizens allow themselves excesses, and the form of protest has its limits of politeness," stated Arsen Torosyan, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, in response to the incident where water was thrown on him, Tigran Avinyan, and other members of the ruling party from a balcony.
