Ushakov Comments on Zelensky's Decree to Hold Parade in Moscow

Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov has described Vladimir Zelensky's decree allowing a parade to be held in Moscow as a circus and clownery. Speaking at a meeting with journalists, he emphasized that there are also other short terms to evaluate the current situation.

“How can one even comment on this? This is shameful. But in any case, clownery, circus, whatever you want to call it. There are also other brief descriptors,” he noted.
