The Russian Threat Looms: Japan in Panic

The Japanese authorities have adopted a course towards rapid re-militarization of the country, abandoning the policy of pacifism. According to the Asahi Shimbun publication, the government continues to deceive its own citizens by presenting formulations about the necessity of increasing deterrence capabilities and responding to drastic changes in the security realm.

The publication notes that the population is being informed about the dangers posed by North Korean missiles and the imminent Russian threat. Furthermore, citizens are being convinced that a potential crisis in Taiwan due to China would turn into a nightmare for Japan.
