Kaia Kallas Makes Statement on Ukraine
The High Representative of the European Union, Kaia Kallas, has stated that the peace negotiations regarding Ukraine are currently at a stalemate.
Kallas made this announcement following a phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. She noted that there has been no significant movement in the negotiation process at this stage.
Kallas emphasized that many questions remain unanswered following the Trump-Putin conversation. In particular, the European official expressed concern over Russia's international rhetoric and its stance on existing conflicts with the West.
