It’s the legend, the fabricated legend, the made-up stories, so they can control our soldiers,” said Economic Minister Gevorg Papoyan in a video posted on his Facebook page, referring to scout Arthur Avanesyan, who has been detained for two months.

“They say legendary... but a legendary scout gets caught making a simple phone call? The real legendary bribery, that’s what’s true,” Papoyan stated.

It is worth reminding that, according to the Anti-Corruption Committee’s announcement, Arthur Avanesyan, also known as Kandaz, was arrested on suspicion of offering electoral bribes.
