Video: Those Taking Bribes Abroad Will Be Arrested at Zvartnots, Says Ruben Rubinyan

"Dear Armenians living abroad, if you have been offered bribes there and accepted them, you should know that when you arrive at Zvartnots airport, you will be arrested immediately, because accepting bribes is also a crime. Our relevant special services are monitoring the situation not only in Armenia but also outside of it," said Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, in a video posted on his Facebook page.
