Illegal Construction Rights Terminated in Ijevan: Prosecutor General's Office
The Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court on March 11, 2025, against an individual, requesting the termination of the construction rights of this person over a parcel of land measuring 0.0012 hectares located at 18/2 Theater Street in the Ijevan community of Tavush Province.
On February 24, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court ruled in favor of the Prosecutor General's Office’s claims. The court's ruling has terminated the individual's construction rights over the land located at 18/2 Theater Street in Ijevan. The ruling of the Anti-Corruption Court has become legally binding.
Based on the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Cadastre Committee on April 21, 2026, terminated the construction rights of the individual over the parcel of land, and the land has been returned to the Ijevan community.
