Iran's Foreign Ministry Issues Statement
The Strait of Hormuz is open for safe international navigation, but only for countries that are not involved in hostilities against Iran. This was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi during a phone call with China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
“The Strait of Hormuz is open for everyone, ships can pass safely, but warring states are not included in this list,” said the Iranian Foreign Minister.
