New Program Launches for Displaced Persons from Artsakh: Torosyan
A self-employment program for displaced persons from Artsakh is set to launch. This was announced by Arsen Torosyan, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, on his Facebook page, where he also shared a video.
"This involves training, business mentorship, and small investments of up to 2 million in capital to establish small enterprises by our compatriots. Only those who benefit from the housing support program can participate in this program," he mentioned, adding that to access the program, individuals must visit the e-work.am website and register.
