Whittcoff on Reports of Russia Sharing Intelligence with Iran

U.S. Special Envoy Steve Whittcoff, in response to a question about whether Russia is sharing intelligence regarding U.S. assets in the Middle East with Iran, stated that the Russian side has claimed they do not provide such information.

"I am not an intelligence officer, so I cannot tell you that. I can only point out that during yesterday's phone call with the president, the Russian side stated that they do not provide such information. That’s what they said. We can trust their word. Let’s hope they are not sharing this information," he said.
