“What is happening here today has historical significance. I truly am proud to be the first Vice President of the United States to ever visit this country. I am looking forward to tomorrow, which I will spend in your country,” said Pence.
It is noteworthy that U.S. Vice President J.D. Pence arrived in Armenia today for an official visit. As part of the visit, there was a private meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and U.S. Vice President J.D. Pence, followed by an expanded group meeting.
