Ukrainian Rada Dismisses Defense Minister Denis Shmyhal
During a plenary session of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine on January 13, lawmakers voted in favor of dismissing Denis Shmyhal from his position as Defense Minister. Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced this on Telegram.
A total of 265 parliamentarians supported the dismissal of the former defense minister. Voting against were one MP each from the 'Servant of the People' and 'European Solidarity' parties, as well as six MPs from the 'Holos' party.
