Canada to Provide $1.8 Billion Financial Aid to Ukraine
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has announced a decision to provide an additional 2.5 billion Canadian dollars (1.8 billion dollars) in financial aid to Ukraine, as reported by CBC.
It was noted that Carney made the relevant announcement during a meeting in Halifax with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The Prime Minister of Canada emphasized that this funding will assist Kyiv in securing resources from the International Monetary Fund.
