Ukrainian Specialists Continue to Work at the Nuclear Power Plant but Now Hold Russian Passports: Putin
Putin has announced the interest of the United States in the mining industry at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant. According to Kommersant's special correspondent Andrei Kolesnikov, the Russian president spoke about the situation surrounding the power plant during a meeting with business representatives.
According to the head of state, the issue of joint management of the facility is being discussed with the United States, without Ukraine's involvement. Also, at the initiative of the USA, the supply of electricity to Ukraine is being discussed.
The head of state also noted that Ukrainian specialists continue to work at the nuclear power plant, but they now hold Russian passports.
