According to the Investigative Committee's response to an inquiry from Auroranews, “A public criminal prosecution has been initiated against the individual during the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings under Article 393, Part 2, Points 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code (illegal trafficking of drugs by a group of individuals in prior agreement in a public place).”
