Visit of Armenian Delegation to Azerbaijan Scheduled, Dates Confirmed: Mamedov
At the end of the year, a visit by representatives of Armenian civil society to Azerbaijan is planned, and the specific dates have already been determined. This was announced to RIA Novosti by Farhad Mamedov, a member of the Azerbaijani civil society delegation and president of the Center for South Caucasus Studies.
“The visit of the Azerbaijani delegation to Armenia on October 22 was not a one-time event; it is part of a broader series of events that includes future visits of Azerbaijani delegations to Armenia and Armenian delegations to Azerbaijan. Therefore, it is expected that we will visit Armenia at least several times over the next six months. This will include not only the capital but also certain regions of Armenia. The visit of the Armenian delegation to Azerbaijan is scheduled for the end of the year, and specific dates have already been decided,” said Mamedov.
It is noteworthy that at the end of October, a discussion took place in Yerevan around a bilateral round table with the participation of the heads of Armenian and Azerbaijani NGOs. The Azerbaijani delegation was received by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan.
