The Case Involving MP Sergei Bagratyan's Son Has Been Closed Again
The law enforcement agencies continue to turn a blind eye to the high-profile incidents involving relatives of officials or members of the Civil Contract party, which later have irreversible consequences, as was the case with the head of the Parakar community, Valodia Grigoryan. This was reported by the newspaper ‘Zhoghovurd’.
The issue is that if the law enforcement agencies had punished the former head of the Mrdzavan administrative district, Mher Akhtoyan, and his team seven months ago, there would not be a vendetta today.
It has become known to the newspaper that the case involving the incident with the son of MP Sergei Bagratyan, a member of the Civil Contract party, has once again been closed. The Investigative Committee of Armenia, officially commenting on the incident involving the MP's son on August 4, announced that the criminal proceedings have been terminated.
Recall that the incident on August 4 in Yerevan involved MP Sergei Bagratyan's son, Shant Bagratyan. The incident related to an issue concerning parking a vehicle.
