If anyone has a sick mind or thought of planning a provocation against Azerbaijan, they will regret it again: Aliyev
Azerbaijan must be prepared for war at any moment, given the unpredictability of current global processes, stated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
"Of course, our armed forces maintain the interests and security of our state every minute, every day. We monitor, see, and will see potential sources of threat. We are increasing our military power. In terms of the development of our forces, both in the Caspian Sea and in all other armed forces, we have increased the number of our special forces by thousands of fighters—I do not wish to specify the exact number—but new diversion forces have been created. Our country has received the most modern drones and new artillery systems. Contracts have been signed for the purchase of new combat aircraft, and the existing ones have been fully modernized. We must be ready for war at any moment, as the course of events in the world is such that it is impossible to predict what will happen tomorrow. The guarantors of our security are ourselves, the state, the people, and our armed forces. Therefore, if some sick mind thinks of planning any provocation against Azerbaijan, I believe that they will regret it again," emphasized the head of state.
