The White House Demands Immediate Disclosure of the Fabrication of Intelligence Data Regarding Russia

Republican senators of the United States have called on the U.S. Department of Justice to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the manipulation of intelligence data regarding Russia by the administration of the 44th President Barack Obama. This was reported by lawmaker Lindsey Graham on his X social media page, stating: "We are calling for Russia to appoint U.S. prosecutor Pam Bondi as a special prosecutor to conduct the investigation."

The investigation, according to Republicans, should focus on "the extent to which former President Obama, his aides, and officials in his administration manipulated the apparatus that ensures U.S. national security for political purposes." The dismissal of a special counsel in the U.S. is only possible under certain circumstances, regardless of who the president is. Only the attorney general can make such a decision if it is determined that the special counsel has committed violations, including failing to fulfill his duties or acting unlawfully.

Additionally, U.S. President Donald Trump stated on July 22 that the deliberate spread of false information by Democrats regarding Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections is a "crime of the century" and poses a serious threat to the United States.
