Samvel Karapetyan's Nephew Reveals What the Court Has Prohibited Armenia Regarding HETC

Samvel Karapetyan has won a case against the Armenian government regarding the nationalization of HETC in an international court. This information was shared on Facebook by Samvel Karapetyan's nephew, Narek Karapetyan.

“The court has prohibited the Armenian government from:

• seizing or selling HETC's assets
• changing the composition of HETC's management bodies
• revoking HETC's operational licenses
• and in any way restricting the company’s normal business activities.

This ruling shows that justice is present in the world, and it is not carried out via Facebook, as it is today in Armenia,” Karapetyan wrote.

It is noteworthy that Samvel Karapetyan and his family have won an urgent arbitration case initiated against the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
