Hrant Bagratyan's Acquittal Verdict Remains Unchanged
The Court of Appeal has upheld Hrant Bagratyan's acquittal verdict. This was reported by his lawyer, Hovhannes Kocharyan, on his Facebook page.
It is noteworthy that earlier, Bagratyan was charged for inciting violence during a rally organized by the 'Together' movement near the National Assembly of Armenia on April 4, 2023. In his speech, Bagratyan stated, “Remove this government with your strength and power. What kind of suicide is this that the nation is committing?”
The court acquitted him on March 6 of this year. The prosecution had filed an appeal against the acquittal decision.
