The Agenda of the National Assembly Includes the Question of Lifting Immunity from Three Opposition MPs
The ruling coalition has initiated an extraordinary session of the National Assembly, with the agenda focusing on the question of lifting immunity from three opposition members of parliament.
The session is scheduled to take place tomorrow at 10:00 AM.
Included in the agenda are discussions on the proposals from the Prosecutor General of Armenia regarding criminal prosecution against the member of the ‘Armenia’ faction, Artur Sargsyan, along with a request for consent to detain him. The agenda also entails the lifting of immunity from the leader of the ‘Armenia’ faction, Seyran Ohanyan, and the secretary, Artzvik Minasyan, to initiate criminal proceedings against them.
