Numerous Former Officials Have Embezzled Money and Now Are Fleeing: Arthur Hovhannisyan
There are numerous former officials in Armenia who have embezzled money and are now fleeing. This was stated by Arthur Hovhannisyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction in the National Assembly.
'The main place for their escape is one of the CIS countries; for example, many corrupt individuals and former officials have found refuge in Russia,' Hovhannisyan said.
