Rain and Hail Expected: Weather in Armenia

Short-term rain and thunderstorms are anticipated across much of the Republic of Armenia starting from May 8, with substantial precipitation expected in various regions on the 10th and 11th in the afternoon. On the 8th and 12th, localized intense showers are also predicted, along with potential hail in some areas.

During thunderstorms, wind gusts of 18-22 m/s are expected. The air temperature is likely to rise by 3-4 degrees from May 9 to 11.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are forecasted during the day on May 8 and 11, with thunderstorms accompanied by wind gusts of 15-18 m/s. No precipitation is expected on the 9th and 10th. The temperature in the capital on the 8th is expected to reach 23-25 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping to +17...+19 degrees in the evening hours.
