Threats and Insults Directed at Pashinyan's Son-in-law in the U.S.
During his stay in the United States, Hrachya Hakobyan, a member of the Armenian Parliament from the ruling Civil Contract party and son-in-law of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, faced threats and insults. Hakobyan shared this information with Armlur.am, noting that the threats and verbal abuse occurred in the presence of children. He also reached out to the consulate for assistance, requesting that they liaise with U.S. law enforcement.
“Today, our opponents talk about the limitations of freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is so open that some scoundrels allow themselves to do such things,” Hakobyan stated.
