Earthquake Recorded in Georgia, Tremors Felt in Armenia

On September 3rd, at 03:28 local time (23:28 GMT on September 2nd), an earthquake of magnitude 3.2 was recorded by the seismic protection service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia at geographical coordinates 41.44° N and 44.04° E, 19 km northwest of the city of Dmanisi, Georgia, at a depth of 10 km. This was reported by the Armenian Rescue Service.

The intensity of the underground tremor in the epicentral zone was 4 points.

The earthquake was felt in the Shirak province in the villages of Bavra, Saragyugh, Tavshut, and Sizavet, as well as in the Lori province in the villages of Pagahbyur, Dzunashogh, Sarchapet, and Metsavan, with an intensity of 2-3 points.
