Our Economy Has Suffered a Major Blow but Continues to Grow, Papoyan
Our economy has taken a hit, but it has not fallen into crisis, stated the Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, during a broadcast on Public Television, discussing the export restrictions from Armenia.
“Yes, our economy has suffered a major blow, but as a result of that blow, our economy grew by 6 percent in the first half of the year. This is what I call economic growth. Our economy, in fact, is showing high economic growth indicators; it is clear that if that blow had not occurred, the economic growth would have been much higher,” he noted.
