Electronic Monitoring Device Installed on Grandma Kima's Leg, Lawyer Says
Lawyer Ruben Melikyan has presented new details regarding the 'grandmothers' case.' 'We visited Grandma Kima in Gyumri with Varazdat. Yesterday, they installed an electronic monitoring device on her leg (she says, 'They placed the device on my leg').
It is worth noting that Grandma Kima is NOT CHARGED with taking or giving money during the elections. She is accused of 'accepting a promise' to pay the amount for the excavation for a water line (15,000 drams) as 'electoral bribery.' She categorically denies the charges.
