Emmanuel Macron on Ukraine's Capitulation
French President Emmanuel Macron has announced his decision to initiate discussions on the usage of France's nuclear weapons to protect the entire EU.
Macron has expressed his opposition to Ukraine's capitulation, stating that peace cannot be established at any cost, nor dictated by Russia, and that there can be no capitulation from Ukraine.
The French President also mentioned preparations for a peace plan for Ukraine.
Next week, France will convene the chiefs of staff of countries ready to “guarantee future peace in Ukraine.”
Macron added that France possesses the most effective army in Europe.
