That Responsibility Will Fall on Europe: Trump
The responsibility for providing assistance to Ukraine should fall on Europe, not the United States. This was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump.
"I think, overall, Europe will be responsible for that," he said.
It is expected that on February 27, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer will present Donald Trump with a plan to deploy up to 30,000 European troops in Ukraine. This plan has reportedly been developed by the United Kingdom and France.
According to media reports, Paris and London want the U.S. to provide fire support, specifically the deployment of fighter jets and other equipment in neighboring countries of Ukraine.
