Microbiological Deviations Detected in Dairy Products Produced with Cheese Technology: SABS
The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia have detected microbiological deviations during their monitoring activities at the dairy production facility belonging to "BIALKA" LLC in Abovyan, Kotayk province. They conducted sampling of the existing products and submitted them for laboratory examination. This was reported by the SABS.
The examination revealed that the product titled "Cheese Technology Product with Milk Fat Substitute" does not meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the indicator for Coliform bacteria (intestinal stick group), thus rendering the food product dangerous.
The production activity of the dairy processing facility has been suspended, and a deadline has been set for rectifying the identified violations.
