Putin Dismisses Four Deputy Ministers of Defense
Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed three deputy ministers of defense: Nikolai Pankov, Ruslan Tsalikov, and Tatyana Shevtsova. Also relieved of duty is Army General Pavel Popov, who held the position of deputy minister of defense.
The order has come into effect from the day it was signed.
