Deadlines for the Implementation of the Unified Ticketing System to be Extended: Details
Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan has addressed the efforts underway to acquire a new fleet of buses for the capital. Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan announced that the schedule anticipates arrival in late October to early November, but they are working to expedite the arrival of the buses in Yerevan.
In this context, Mayor Tigran Avinyan discussed the process of implementing the unified ticketing system. He stated, “The implementation of the unified ticketing system will take place when the new buses arrive and enter the line.” The Mayor has instructed that a draft decision be presented to the municipal council to extend the deadline for the unified ticketing system’s implementation by one or two months, saying, “So that our promise is clearly fulfilled.” Suren Grigoryan informed that the draft has already been prepared.
