Ronaldo's Historic Record
The 39-year-old Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, playing for Al Nassr, has become the first footballer in history to be the top scorer in four national leagues.
In the recently concluded Saudi Arabian league, Ronaldo scored 35 goals, setting the record for the most goals scored in a single season in the Saudi league.
Ronaldo has previously been the top scorer in La Liga for three seasons while at Real Madrid, in Serie A with Juventus, and in the Premier League with Manchester United.
In the completed club season, Ronaldo participated in 45 matches across all competitions, scored 46 goals, and provided 13 assists.
