Heavy Rain Causes Basement Flooding in Gyumri, Reports Ministry of Emergency Situations
On the evening of August 28, heavy rain resulted in basement flooding at several addresses in the Ani district of Gyumri. This information was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue service.
Since 20:16, two fire-rescue units from the regional emergency management center of Shirak have responded to the incoming alerts.
The rescuers conducted water removal operations using pumps to extract a total of approximately 125 cubic meters of water from the basements across various addresses.
