Streets to Remain Closed Until 10 PM: New Announcement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued another announcement regarding street closures in the capital.
“Today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that based on a request received from the Ministry of Finance, in connection with an event organized as part of the EBRD International Forum at the Alexander Spendiaryan National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet, traffic and pedestrian movement will be restricted on the streets adjacent to the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on May 15 for the purpose of ensuring public order and safety.
Due to changes in the organization of the event, the streets will remain closed until 10:00 PM. We remind you that Teryan Street is closed from the intersection of Sayat-Nova Avenue and Teryan Street to the intersection of Teryan and Tumanyan Streets. Tumanyan Street is closed from the intersection of Tumanyan and Abovyan Streets to the intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Tumanyan Street.
Once again, we apologize to citizens for the inconvenience caused and ask to avoid the mentioned areas of the capital during these hours,” the statement said.
