Baku Extends Detention Period of Former Artsakh President Arkadi Ghukasyan
The Baku court has extended the detention period of former Artsakh President Arkadi Ghukasyan by another 5 months. This has been reported by Azerbaijani media outlets.
It is noted that Azerbaijani border guards detained former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, former Chief of the Artsakh Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan, former Deputy Commander David Manukyan, former Foreign Minister David Babayan, former Speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly Davit Ishkhanyan, as well as former presidents Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, and Araik Harutyunyan in late September 2023.
