The meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the residents of Voskepar has concluded, lasting approximately 30 minutes. This was reported to 24News by political analyst Suren Petrosyan.
“During the meeting, Pashinyan stated that they have reached a 90% agreement and are set to proceed with a reciprocal exchange, awaiting a response from Aliyev,” Petrosyan explained.
However, Pashinyan proposed an alternative route construction, which the villagers strongly opposed, emphasizing that no other road will be built.
