36-Year-Old Man Vandalizes All Speed Cameras Installed in Syunik, Vayots Dzor, and Ararat Regions
Today, the 2nd battalion of the patrol service of the Ararat regional police conducted a special operation in the Ararat region. According to Shamshyan.com, operational information was received that a citizen had vandalized the speed cameras in Surenavan and Armas.
It turned out that the perpetrator was driving a "GAZ 3110" vehicle. The patrol succeeded in stopping him in the Ararat region and bringing him to the police department. The individual is 36-year-old Narek A., registered in Yerevan but residing in the Ararat region.
It has been revealed that he vandalized all speed cameras installed in the villages of Yeraskh, Surenavan, Armas, and Zangakatun, as well as those on the roads in the Syunik and Vayots Dzor regions. His vehicle has been moved to the secure area of the Ararat police department.
Documents are being prepared regarding the incident at the Ararat police department, which may be transferred to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia in Vedi. Photos are from Shamshyan.com.
